The Bisham tehsil assistant commissioner, Khuram Rehman Jadoon has barred traffic police from imposing fine on tourists coming from the different parts of the country through Karakoram Highway.
The Bisham tehsil administrator on Friday issued a video message through his social media page where he urged the hoteliers to cooperate with tourists and ensure the best and quality service to them as the KP government intended to promote tourism.
He asked the Shangla traffic police to avoid imposing fines on tourists and cooperate with them and facilitate them as much as they can, so that tourism of the area could go up.
He said the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government instructed the administrations to ensure all facilities for tourists and they also establish rest areas for the tourists in all the areas filling stations.
