SHIGAR: District Shigar of Gilgit Baltistan has been affected by flash floods and windfall, a man lost his life when he attempted to rescue his son.
A far flung district of GB was struck by flash floods on Tuesday night and several houses were collapsed and damaged.
According to locals, they have started rescue work on self help basis and administration yet to reached the affected area.
They said, people are struggling to fish out the dead body of the man drowned in flood.
