The Peshawar High Court, Mingora Bench Election Tribunal on Friday declared the returning officers rejection null and void of the nomination papers of the Pakistan Tehree-I-Insaf, provincial senior vice president, Shaukat Yousafzai, accepted the nomination papers for the upcoming polls to be held on February, 8.
The former minister and PTI’s leader’s lawyer, Sohail Sultan through which the appeal had been filed, said the PHC Mingore bench, Election tribunal judge, Justice Naeem Anwar had declared the nomination papers of the PTI’s leader Shaukat Yousafzai valid for both provinicial constituencies PK-28 Shangla I and PK-30 Shangla III and termed the both returning officers rejection of the papers null and void.
