Workers of the Jamiat Ulema-I-Islam-F, Awami National Party, Pakistan Muslim League-N and Pakistan People Party left for Islamabad Azadi long march in rallies here on Thursday.
The parties workers and local leaders were gathered in various exit points of the district also the Gilgit Baltistan and Kohistan districts also staged protest at Dandai on Karakoram Highway against blockade of Dandai-Thakoot bridges with containers.
The protesters chanted slogans against the government and prime minister, however after their negotiations with the administration one bridge was reopen to them and the second one was remained blocked and a police contingents were present at the exit points of the district.
Rallies left for Islamabad through Karakoram Highway from Dandai, through Bunir and through via Swat from Shangla top, the four parties workers had seen together while leaving the district for Azadi long march to Islamabad.
