Kashmir Solidarity Day observed Across Pakistan

Pakistan is supporting Kashmir cause by politically, diplomatically and morally again Indian Geocide in IIOJK

Kashmir Solidarity Day is observed across Pakistan with zeal and enthusiasm to express the whole-hearted support of Pakistani nation to the just struggle of Kashmiri people. The people of Pakistan and Kashmiris reiterate their persistent support and send a loud and clear message to the world that Kashmiris are not alone in their struggle against the occupying forces.

Pakistan calls upon the international community to play its role to check the egregious human rights violations in IIOJK and ensure just and peaceful settlement of Jammu and Kashmir dispute as per UN Security Council Resolutions and aspirations of Kashmiri people.

The day is marked to express solidarity with the oppressed Kashmiri people and to draw the attention of the international community to the Indian atrocities in the illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Pakistan is supporting Kashmir cause by politically, diplomatically and morally to pressurize India to stop genocide against innocent Kashmiri people who are struggling for fundamental right to self-determination.

“Today, the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) remains one of the most-militarized zones in the world. Kashmiris are living in an environment of fear and intimidation.”

“This day reminds the international community of its responsibility towards the oppressed Kashmiri people. The United Nations must honour the commitments it had made 77 years ago and support the Kashmiri people’s struggle for self-determination,“ the president said in his message.

“Pakistan will always stand shoulder to shoulder with the Kashmiri brothers and sisters. We will continue to extend our full moral, diplomatic and political support to their just struggle for the realization of their right to self-determination, as enshrined in the relevant UN Security Council resolutions.”

Moreover, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar strongly condemned the atrocities being committed against the people of IIOJK, as per APP.

“The Kashmiri people are continuing their struggle for their fundamental rights,” he said adding that they should be given the right to self-determination in accordance with the resolutions of the United Nations.

Across Pakistan and AJK, political parties, activists, and civil society groups are mobilizing for rallies, peace marches, and awareness events to highlight the plight of Kashmiris.

Pakistani embassies worldwide are also stepping up efforts to draw international attention, organizing documentary screenings and discussion forums on India’s continued oppression in the disputed territory. Main walk will be organized at Constitutional Avenue Islamabad which will attend by political leaders, students, media men and people belong to various segments of society.
