SHANGLA: A man died and nine others injured in two seperate traffic accidents in Shangla district on Wednesday.
Police said the vehicle was on its way to Pishlor from Aloch when its brake failed and the pickup collided with a rock as result a 50 years old resident of Pishlor died on the spot while four others injured.
They said the injured were shifted to the Pir Muhammad Khan Shaheed, hospital, Aloch Puran wherefrom the doctors referred them to Saidu Teaching Hospital in Swat.
Meanwhile, a car fell into a ravine at Kuz Alpurai area of Shangla where five people were injured.
Rescue 1122 officials said that a car was heading towards Bely Baba when it fell into a ravine after losing control over the steering.
He said five men were injured in the accident and after providing them with first aid they were shifted to the DHQ hospital, Alpuri.
