A man arrested by Haripur police on Saturday for allegedly blackmailing and harassing women followed by a complaint received from a female.
Police Station Sarai Saleh received a complaint from woman, stating that the accused, Akash Khan, has harassed, blackmailed and abducted her. She also claimed that accused was issuing her serious threats.
Upon receiving the complaint, the police lodged case under Sections 452, 506, 387, 365, 511, 358 PPC, and Sections 4/5 of the Ghag Act.

SHO Sarai Saleh, Sadiq Shah, along with a police team, conducted a successful operation and arrested the accused, Akash, son of Arshad Khan, a resident of Rajoia, Abbottabad, through a lady constable.
Police have further initiated investigation into the case.
