Internet services restored in Bisham

Regretting inconvenience caused to its customers in Bisham city, the PTCL has restored the internet service.

In a statement, the PTCL said that during trench excavation in the main market the underground cable got affected, resulting in temporary suspension of internet services. However, the issue has been rectified and service restored now. The customers are now enjoying faster internet speed, with good quality services, the statement said.

The action was taken and internet service restored after a report published in Dawn on July 2. The PTCL has urged its customers to dial its Helpline 1218 for timely response in case of any complaints.
