Government delays Erra projects in Shangla, Amir Muqam

SHANGLA: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz provincial president Amir Muqam has said that current government is not providing funds to the projects of Shangla initiated by him during his tenure, particularly the Erra schemes.
PML-N KP chief was addressing a new conference here at Bisham on Thursday, PML-N Shangla general secretory Bakht Alam Khan, former MPA Muhammad Rashad Khan and Humayoun Khan were present on the occasion.
He said the country was going towards destruction because of the failed government, and most national institutions, PIA, Railway had been bankrupted.
“Rates of essential items are increasing with every passing day, while government exports sugar to foreign countries despite shortage of the Sugar in Pakistan” He criticized government
He said, the current government had canceled the Khwazakhela-Bisham road project which could have help the local people and makes the travel easier.
PML-N leader claimed that provincial government was not providing funds to the roads, bridges, health facilities ad schools projects and the projects were being delayed for years and causing problem to the local people of Shangla.
He said, the KP’s government should release funds to the projects and get resumed reconstruction work on them.
“I have done historical development projects in Shangla, different grid stations, Nadra centers, Passport Office, University Campus and much more and enlightened every peak of the district with electricity,” He claimed.
He said, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s government budget was disappointed in which they put the government employees into financial crises because inflation has hit hard them already.
