A dead body of a seven year old boy, who was sexually abused and murdered was found earlier this morning in premises of tehsil Khanpur, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Haripur district.
According to Haripur Police Spokesman Hassan Atta Ur Rehman, A 7 year old boy identified as Umar, resident of March Abad, was reportedly first sexually molested and strangled to death.
He said, the local people had seen the body at early morning at the pile of trash in Jhogya village and informed to police, police later has taken the dead body to Khanpur Hospital for autopsy, it confirmed that the boy was sexually assaulted and later strangulated with a piece of cloth.
Police said, the boy was 1st grad student at the government primary school Jholya and he had secured 92 per cent marks in his recent examination.
Police also claimed that they have arrested a suspect in the case and begin interrogation and also registered a case for interrogation.
