GILGIT: Gilgit Baltistan reported five fresh coronavirus cases taking the provincial tally to 250, however, 9 infected people from the various parts of the region recovered and discharged from the hospitals.
The GB health department’s statement said, GB reported 05 new covid-19 cases from Astore disrict on Friday.
It said, 03 from Gilgit, 03 Nagar, 02 Ghanche and one from Skardu recovered from the deadly disease and sent to houses.
GB was first affected zone in Pakistan but now it seems the province has brought control over the virus.
