On the order of the additional session judge, Shangla, Muhammad Khan Yousafzai, the Shangla police lodged a cross FIR against the federal minister for Kashmir and GB affairs Amir Muqam, leader of opposition Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assembly, Ibadullah Khan, deputy commissioner, Shangla and 15 others in the February 9 violence case for which Haji Said Fareen had filed a pettion under section 22-A of Crpc.
As mentioned in the FIR which copy is available with The Northern Post said that Station House Officer, Ikramullah Shah, on the orders of the additional session judge, Shangla, Muhammad Khan Yousafzai, registered in case number 48, occurred on February, 9, the next day of general elections in the district headquarters Alpuri.
The Shangla police had registered the February 9 violence case against the Pakistan Tehreek-I-Insaf leaders, NA-11 candidate, Haji Said Fareen Khan, PK-30 candidate Sadar Rehman advocate, and several others, however after six months of trials and hearings, the court ordered the police to lodge the cross FIR in the case against those nominated by the opposite party.
The case is registered with the title Haji Said Fareen verses Zia-ur-Rehman, Deputy Commissioner, Shangla.
The case was lodged under sections 302,324, 353, 341, 436, 427, 147, 148, 149, 109, 500, 512, and 7ATA as two of the Pakistan Tehreek-I-Insaf workers were also killed allegedly with the police indiscriminate firing.
The cross FIR which has been submitted in the court, nominated, the federal minister for Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan Affairs, Amir Muqam his brother opposition leader in KP assembly, Ibadullah Khan, deputy commissioner/district returning officer, Ziaur Rehman, the then DPO, Shangla, Sajjad Ahmad Sahibzada, SP investigation, Muhammad Zaman, Adnan Khatak, additional deputy commissioner/ returning officer, Naveed Ahmad, AC Alpuri/returning officer, PK-30 Shangla, Aurangzeb, SDEO education department, Shangla, assistant returning officer, NA-11 Shangla, Jehanzeb DSP headquarters Alpuri, Shah Hussain DSP, circle Alpuri, Rohul Amin SHO, PS Alpuri, Bakht Zahir, SHO PS Bisham, DSP, Itbar Khan, Ziarat Khan, Sub Inspector PS Karora, Aziz Khan SI, PS Alpuri, Saeedullah ASI, PS Alpuri, Ihsanullah HC PS Alpuri, Kiramat Ali, and ASI PS Alpuri.
The report said that police lodged the FIR on the complaint of Haji Said Fareen in the same sections used in the previous FIR as in the report Mr Fareen said that the first report was unbiased and their workers were killed and injured with the police firing and these people were also behind the conspiracy.
Sadar Khan advocate, counsel of the PTI’s party told The Northern Post that the court had issued the order days ago but the police delayed it and trying to delay it further, however the additional session judged cautioned the police authorities in contempt of court, followed by that the police lodged the cross report of them against their opponents.
Mr Khan who was the PK-30 PTI-backed candidate claimed that there was certain evidences in the case as the police written in the FIR that both the deceased were killed with the stoning but in-fact the medial report declared it indiscriminate firing.
He said the PML-N leadership played a blood game to win the seats through fake means as the DC had issued form 47 without considering the form 45 actual results.
In the court order available with The Northern Post also ordered the police to record the statements of those people injured and those of two loved ones were killed in the incident.
According to the PTI counsel, Sadar Rehman advocate, the police had formed a team to record the statements of victims and their families in which regional police officer including the SP investigation, Shangla, SP investigation Buner and SP investigation Swat for recording the statements.
