The Meteorological Department has predicted a series of western winds starting from March 9, 2025, which may cause heavy rain, storms, hailstorms, and snowfall in some areas between March 12 and 16.
Several areas of Balochistan are likely to experience rain, hailstorms, and strong winds during March 09-16.
From March 10-16 rain, storms, and snowfall in mountainous regions are expected in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, and northern Punjab.
Heavy rainfall is expected from March 15-16 in Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Sukkur, Hyderabad, and other areas.
During March 12-16, rain and strong winds are expected in central and southern Punjab, Islamabad, some parts of Sindh, and northern Balochistan.
