SHANGLA: Independence day celebrated with zeal and zest across the district also rallies took out in solidarity with Kashmir in various bazaars of Shangla here on Wednesday.
The Central event was held at district headquarters Alpuri, where assistant commissioner Alpuri Fida-ul-Karim and sub-divisional police officer headquarters hoisted national flag and later addressed the event.
They shed light over the importance of 14 august independence day and stressed on public to united for the country prosperity and stability and play their due role to create awareness among the public.
They condemned the ongoing indian forces brutality in Kashmir and revoking the special statues of Indian occupied Kashmir.
Later on, rally took out by district administration in Alpuri bazaar to show solidarity with Kashmiri people.
Carrying Pakistani and Kashmiri flags in their hands, students, officials of line department, teachers, civil society members and LG members participated in the rally also shouted slogans in support of Kashmir and Pakistan Army.
Similarly, events held and rallies took out in Bisham, Puran ,Chakesar, Karora, Dandai, Chakesar, Martung, Makhozay, Shahpur, Damorai and other areas.
Speakers in the events demanded of the united nations to get stopped the Indian aggression in held Kashmir and let the innocent Kashmiri to live independently and safely.
