SHANGLA: Shangla district reported three more coronavirus cases on Friday taking the district tally to 18.
Deputy commissioner Shangla, Imran Hussain Ranjha, said three new cases resulted positive in which two from Martung tehsil and one from Alpuri.
He said no any suspected case emerged in the last 24 hours in the district Shangla, however, 163 suspected cases reported so far, in which 127 resulted negative, 18 positive and the rest of tests results awaited.
DC Shangla said, 80 per cent cases of covid-19 reported from Puran and Martung tehsils where travel history patients caused transmission of the virus to others.
He said, the areas had been sealed and samples were being taken of the patients closes relatives.
