SHANGLA: Prayer leaders in Shangla district agreed with district police officer Shangla to help the government in to controlling the spread of Coronvirus by creating awareness among public.
Religious clerics from across the district had a meeting with district police officer, Malak Ihjaz at his office on Saturday.
The DPO Shangla Malak Ihjaz requested the prayer leaders to help the government in stemming the deadly disease from spread by adopting some precautionary measures.
He asked them to remove the carpets from the mosques and avoid congregational prayers and spray the floors with Chlorine unless the covid-19 brought in the control.
The religious clerics agreed with the DPO and assured him that from Saturday onwards they would follow the instructions to save people lives from the infection.
