A policeman died and two other persons were injured when a car fell into a ravine at Pir Khana area here on Tuesday.
Locals said that a car going from Ghorband Banjar fell into a ravine in Dozakh Kanda area of Olandar and as a result a police hawaldar Sharafat Ali of Banjar was killed and two people, including driver Naseer, were injured.
The injured were referred from a local hospital to Saidu Teaching Hospital in Swat.
Meanwhile, three coal miners, who died in different incidents, were laid to rest in Ranra Sar and Amnavi areas here the other day. Sher Shah and Umar Shah died in a mine incident in Bayezai area of Balochistan, and Taza Khan in Darra Adamkhel tribal subdivision of Kohat.
