Shangla claimed to have recovered a stolen jeep and handed over to its owner on Saturday.

Shangla police’s keen eye for suspicious vehicles, aided by modern technology, led them to seize a car during a routine check. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the vehicle was stolen and a formal case had been registered against it at the Naseerabad police station in Rawalpindi.

Alpuri police promptly registered a case against the accused, Syed Mubarak Ali Shah, son of Syed Muhammad Sakna Karming Skardu. DSP Alpuri Shah Hussain ensured legal recourse for the rightful owner, Tariq Iqbal, son of Zulfiqar Sukna Noorpur District Khushab, to recover his stolen vehicle through a court order.

The grateful owner sincerely thanked the Shangla police for reuniting him with his car.
