SHANGLA: The criminal model trial court has awarded two times death sentence to a murder of station house officer and assistant sub-inspector, killed in 2010 at Martung area of Shangla.
The criminal model trial court Shangla judge Hayat Gul Muhmand has given the verdict in the case on Friday at Camp court Swat. The judge announced the verdict by awarding two times death sentence to the murder who was also police constable at the same police station in Martung, Nazar-Ul-Islam, resident of Martung Shangla.
The accused had killed the SHO Noor Muhammad Khan and ASI Akbar Khan during mobile duty at Martung tehsil in 2010 and the police registered the case against the accused at Martung police station.
During the last 9 years trials in the court, the judge announced the verdict by awarding two times death sentence to the accused over murder of two police officials.
