Labors stranded in Gulf and middle east to be brought back soon, says, Nawaz Mehmod

SHANGLA: The laborer stranded in Gulf and the Middle East due to the covid-19 pandemic to be brought back Shangla, Kohistan, Torghar, Bunir and Battagram very soon, flights arrangements are being made for them.
It was said, Nawaz Mehmood Khan on Saturday, who is the focal person on board and investment to the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He had a meeting with Syed Zulfi Bukhari, special assistant to the Prime Minister on Ministry Overseas Pakistanis and human resources development the other day.
Nawaz Mehmood Khan said in a meeting they had discussed the issues have been facing by stranded labourer in Gulf and the Middle East and he requested the PM assistant to help him bring back the stranded overseas belonged to Shangla, Kohistan, Torghar, Bunir and Battagram.
“The ministry of overseas Pakistan will also bring back the jailed, jobless laborer too, especially those lost their jobs due to the covid-19 pandemic. The minister assured us he would tackle the issue with respective government officials,” Mr Khan said.
He said, the PM’s adviser had asked him for a list of the stranded labourer and he would submit the list very soon to him and then he would make arrangements for the flights for them.
The PTI’s former candidate for NA-10, Nawaz Mehmood added that Mr. Zulfi Bukhari had made a promise with him of resolving the poor overseas laborer of the backward districts on priority.
He said, the jobless laborer and inmates have been contacting him for the last three months and urging to help them and bringing back to home.
