Minister for labour and culture Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shaukat Yousafzai has claimed that millions of rupees allocated in the budget for tourism by the government.
Mr Yousafzai told reporters here on Tuesday at his residence that it was good news for Shangla and all parts of Malakand and Hazara division where the government is going to initiated mega projects to boost tourism.
“We are fortunate people living in the heaven and scenic valley and after developing it for tourism it would create overflowing opportunities for the local people and also the government would generate big amounts from the tourism industry,” He said.
Minister claimed he had approved a number of development schemes but unfortunately the contractor mafia reluctant to work on time and using delaying tactics.
He said one of them when sent to prison the rest of the contractors would not delay the projects.
