The city of lights has received rain here on Friday night bringing smiles on faces of the people as they were fed up with scorching heat weather and heat wave.
Karachi and its adjoining districts are under the heat waves now a days, Friday 21 June was cloudy day but at night around 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm started heavy dusty winds and after that it turned into heavy rainfall. People come out of their houses and enjoyed the cool and pleasant weather.it was partially rainfall in some areas of Karachi specially, Airport, Safora, Clifton, model colony, Star gate, Nazimabad, F.B.Area, Shahrah-e-Faisal, University road, Defence, gulistan e Johar, I.I Chundrigerh Roadand and north side areas are include, after rainfall heat waves turned into cold breeze and weather got pleasant.
