SHANGLA: District police officer Shangla Syed Rasool Shah has claimed that private schools in Shangla have agreed with him that they would impart free education to the orphans of police martyred.
A statement was issued by the DPO office here on Wednesday, which said that meetings were arranged by the respective sub-divisional police officers with private schools management at respective tehsils, Bisham, Alpuri, Puran, Chakesar, Kana and Martung the other day.
It said the management of all private schools in the district Shangla on the request of police officers have agreed with the them that they would give free education to orphans children of the martyred police.
According to the statement, about 79 children of the police, who rendered their lives in line of duty are schoolgoing in the district Shangla.
It said that private schools will give free education to that children from class-1 to metric.
The DPO said that the regional police officer Malakand division Saeed Wazir had directed for the initiative across the division, hopefully it would make future of the martyred police’s children shine and better.
