“Take practical and concrete steps for restoration of road infrastructure while oppening them for smooth traffic,” Commissioner said.
He further directed that he would not tolerate any negligence in the rehabilitation works of the affected areas. He issued these directions while presiding over an emergency meeting in the office of Deputy Commissioner Upper Chitral.
On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner Upper Chitral Khalid Zaman Khan gave a detailed briefing about the rehabilitation and relief works in the flood-affected areas. Later, Commissioner Malakand Division also visited the affected roads and appreciated the performance of the district administration of Upper Chitral and other concerned institutions for the restoration of road linkages.
