At least 26 passengers including children and women were killed and over a dozen sustained with critical injuries when a Rawalpindi bound passenger bus had an accident at Babusar top in Diamer district of Gilgit Baltistan here on Sunday early hours.
According to eyewitnesses, the Bus was heading towards Rawalpindi from Skardu.
Identities of the deceased and injured passengers are not known yet and the cause of the accident is also not clear.
Police have reportedly been dispatched to the accident site from Chilas.
