A man was killed and two others injured when a motorcar driver lost control of it and the speedy car hit a shop in Bely Baba Bazaar in tehsil Alpuri on Sunday evening.
Rescue 1122 spokesperson, Rasool Khan Sharif said the motor car was coming from Swat and its driver lost control of the car and hit it to a shop in Bely Baba Bazaar as a result three persons were injured, one butchers in his shop and two in the car.
Rescue 1122 official said that injured were shifted to the district headquarters hospital, Alpuri where the butcher Bakhtiar Gul succumbed to his injuries and the two injured had been referred to a hospital in Swat for further treatment.
Meanwhile, a pedestrian minor boy was hit by a speedy car and fled the scene at Sadeen area of Bisham city on Monday morning.
The Bisham tehsil headquarters hospital, medical superintendent, Doctor Aziz Khan told Dawn that the injured minor boy was brought to the hospital from Sadeen and after provision of first aid he was referred to Ayub Medical Complex Abottabad, however he the minor boy was not identified as he was unconscious and was non-local.
The hospital MS said they reported the case to police and they would apprehend the driver who hit the minor boy and left on the road.
