Wafaqi Mohtasib asks Pesco to address consumers grievances

Alpuri: The federal ombudsman Wafaqi Mohtasib officials on Monday urged the public to lodge their complaints regarding any of the federal government departments and semi-government companies in their regional offices or through their website, WhatsApp, and their issues would be addressed with priority.
A Kuli Kuchehry was called at the Pesco office in Alpuri on Monday where the Regional head of Wafaqi Mohtasib, Khwaja Saif-ur-Rehman, Pesco SDO Salahuddin, and others were present.
The Kuchehri participants informed the Wafaqi Mohtasib officers about their grievances and the regional officer of the Mohtasib directed the SDO Pesco to resolve the public issues with priority.
He also suggested the public lodge their complaints with Mohtasib at their regional offices or through the Website and Whatsapp and they would be heard at proper hearings.
