SHANGLA: .A man was shot dead over property dispute at Dandai area of Bisham Shangla here on Wednesday.
Police said that a shopkeeper Lal Zada who had paid money for buying a land from the accused brother but the later was asking for more payment from the Lal Zada.
Police said according to eye witnesses the Lal Zada was thinking that the accused Asghar Ali was mentally disorder just threatening but he had pistol on which he fired three bullets on the Lal Zada which caused his death.
The Police lodged an FIR against the accused under section 302 and begin conducting raids to arrest the accused.
