The Shangla police on Friday arrested an accused after his video of sexually assaulting a 12 year old student of a private school went viral the other day, the incident had taken place on the second day of Eidul-Fiter at Alami Banda area of Martung tehsil.
The Shangla police spokesperson, Umar Rehman told The Northern Post that on Thursday the victim and his elder brother came to the police station and showed the video of the assault and requested for registration of FIR against the molester.
He said as the victim stated in the FIR that on the second day of last Eidul-Fiter he was asked by cousin to bring a three-wheeler for family which was going to relatives.
“I went to the bazaar where asked the Rikshaw driver to go with me and take our family to Kuz Kaly and I seated on the back seat but instead taking me to my location he took me to hilly area Alami Banda Sabony where he parked his three-wheeler and took off my cloth and sexually assaulted me,” The victim stated in the FIR.
He added after abusing him the Rikshaw driver recorded his nude video and threatened him if he told about the assault to anyone he would get viral it.
The victim further mentioned in the FIR that he remained silent because of the fear of video but he had already got it viral and he now registering FIR against the accused.
SHO Pervaiz Khan, said they had arrested the accused Rizwanullah Taj and registered case against him under sections 506, 377, 48, 53 of child protection act CPA and they obtained three days custody for the accused from the court on Friday.
The SHO, said that the three-wheeler used in the crime was also seized from the possession of accused.
