
A new app has been introduced in capital city Islamabad for the security and convenience of citizens. A survey will also start from Monday to collect data from door-to-door.
According to Deputy Commissioner of Islamabad, Talal Chaudry, this app was prepared on the platform of Google which is available on Android and Apple stores. Islamabad residents can download this app and and will be able to fill data on their own. This data will include all residents National Identity Card numbers, employees (driver, cook, guard) information and the information of owning the house or living on rent.
Talal Chaudhry also told that if a citizen doesnot fill the data then surver teams will visit the homes from Monday with tablets and collect data from every door. This data will be important in making the capital city safe and more secure.
Apart from this, for next two days details will also be given for e-tags (electronic-tags). This e-tag is not only necessary for the cars and motorcyles in Islamabad but also the vehicles coming from other areas.
The citizens have been appealed to cooperate with survey teams or fill the data themselves on the app so that the security of the city can be ensured.
