Halal Foods tests milk in Puran

SHANGLA: The Halal Food Authority along with the Shangla administration conducted raids in tehsil Puran markets Dairy Milk Shops and tested the milk quality first time in the district.
Assistant Commissioner Puran, Muhammad Jawad Sardar here on Thursday told reporters that first time in the Shangla district, he along the Halal Food Authority Team and Mobile Lab visited different shops of Milk sellers in the Aloch bazaar of Puran tehsil and tested the quality of milk being sold in the bazaars.
The AC Muhammad Jawad Sardar asked the Dairy Milk owners to sale quality milk to consumers for the sake of good health and keep them safe from illness.
He said the human life is precious and they can survive while consuming quality foods, while water mixing in the milk is sin, hence the Dairy Milk owner should provide quality and pure milk to their customers.
On the occasion, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Halal Food Authority (HFA) team arranged an orientation for the Dairy Shops owners in which necessary instructions and precautions were given by HFA team.
The HFA team particularly had guided the Dairy Milk owners of the Aloch bazaars about preservation of milk and keeping from safe.
Meanwhile, the local people of Puran tehsil appreciated the move of the KP Halal Food Authority of being tested milk in the Dairy Milk Shops first time they conducted.
VENDORS BOOKED: The Assistant Commissioner Alpuri Fidaul-Karim conducted raids in the Chakesar bazaar here on Thursday and several shopkeepers for violating the government fixed rates and selling expired foods items.
The AC Alpuri along with revenue officials and police conducted raids in the different Market of Chakesar tehsil and booked shopkeepers who were violating the government fixed rates, while some were selling expired foods items in the holy month of Ramazan.
The AC also warned some vendors to sale the daily food commodities on the government fixed rates and avoid from selling expired food items in their shops otherwise next time they would not be forgiven.
