A consultative meeting regarding the upcoming 5th August protest was held at the Hujra of Dr. Shafqat Ayaz, Special Assistant to the Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for Science and Information Technology, in Kot, Dargai. The meeting saw significant participation from local elders, community leaders, and youth, all of whom reaffirmed their dedication to founder PTI Imran Khan’s vision and vowed full participation in the scheduled protest aimed at securing his release and restoring genuine democracy in Pakistan. Dr. Shafqat Ayaz addressed the gathering, stating that the 5th August protest is a national call for justice, freedom, and dignity. He highlighted that the people of Malakand Division are ready to stand up once again for the constitutional rights of every Pakistani citizen.He emphasized that, under the leadership of Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, the provincial government is committed to ensure that Imran Khan’s message of justice, transparency, and national sovereignty reaches every household. This movement, he said, is not just political but a moral responsibility of every patriotic citizen.Dr. Ayaz also appreciated the unity and discipline shown by the participants and urged the youth to remain peaceful and organized.
