Popular Pakistani YouTuber Saad Ur Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai, has been booked by the National Highways and Motorways Police (NHMP) for performing dangerous stunts and overspeeding on a motorway. The case was registered after a video surfaced showing him driving at high speed with his feet on the steering wheel and pretending to sleep while the car was in auto mode.
The clip, which quickly went viral, drew severe backlash from social media users, who condemned the reckless behavior as irresponsible and life-threatening. Many demanded strict legal action, prompting the NHMP to take swift measures. A police spokesperson confirmed the registration of a case against Ducky Bhai for violations including reckless driving, negligence, and speeding.
Authorities reiterated their zero-tolerance policy towards traffic violations, emphasizing that such behavior endangers lives and sets a dangerous precedent. The NHMP also released an official statement on social media, warning influencers and the public against flouting road safety laws.
This is not the first time Ducky Bhai has courted controversy for risky stunts, but the strong police response signals a stricter stance against traffic violations by social media personalities. Meanwhile, the YouTuber, who boasts over 8 million subscribers, recently made headlines for refusing to disclose his monthly earnings during a podcast appearance.
The incident has reignited debates on influencer accountability and the need for stricter enforcement of traffic laws to prevent similar incidents in the future.
