Canva faces global outage, citing issues with Amazon Web Services

Designers and marketers worldwide are locked out as platform disruptions halt work, with over 10,000 user reports logged on Down Detector

The famous online graphic design platform, Canva, faced an outage on a global level on Monday, and consumers were unable to access the website or their designs.
There were reports on social media since the morning, in which people reported that either the website does not load or gets stuck while designing, or notifies them about some issue while working.
According to recent reports, the outage in Canva is related to the hurdle of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
This issue is reported on a global level, and complaints were reported from Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Many people are unable to log in to their accounts; however, some people are stuck on the loading page while opening their design.
Some people also reported that the mobile app of Canva is also facing the same issue; however, some people were successful in getting access to offline saved projects.
Canva has confirmed the problem and said that they are working on it. The company has posted on the social media platform “X”:

The company has also advised the consumers to check updates on their status page (status.canva.com) from time to time.
Many marketers and designers have expressed concern related to this issue, who rely on Canva for creating their daily designs. The delay in scheduled campaigns and offers also became a reason for disappointment among users; however, they are hoping for a quick solution.
According to the surveillance site Down Detector, the complaints related to errors in Canva have reached more than 10,000. Reports were related to App crashes, server connection issues, and delays in design loading and exporting.
