
Over 150 tourists were stranded after the Naran-Kaghan road was blocked near Saiful-Malook lake in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Mansehra district.
According to the Rescue 1122, Mansehra spokesperson, Amir Khadam, the tourists were safely rescued and moved to nearby hotels. However, the monsoon rains continued to lash across the region.
He said the officials were present, and their team put in efforts and evacuated the stranded tourists.
He added that a total of 25 jeeps were stuck in the area, in which over 150 tourists were onboard who came from different parts of the country for tourism.
The KDA, director, Shabir Khan, said that the road had been reopened and landslide debris removed from it.

The flash floods, lightning reports were also receiving from the different areas of Shangla, Swat, Malakand, Dir, Mardan, Buner, Mansehra, Abbottabad. However, no human losses reported as yet.
