Public transport banned on Babusar Road, only tourists allowed

Diamer Administration imposes restrictions to ensure tourist safety and smooth travel

Babosar Road, Kaghan and Naran are the tourist attractions from all over the world and thousand of tourists visit these places. District Administration Diamer has banned the public transport for tourists facility and to ensure road safety.

In the presence of Additional Deputy Commissioner Diamer, Nizam Uddin, Assistant Commissioner Chilas Ali Ahmed, ATO Diamer Yasir Abbas, DSP Traffic Chilas Sanaullah and other security agency representatives it was announced that now only tourist vehicles and Diamer local coasters are allowed on Babusar road. Local Administration told that this decision was made because public transport  and heavy traffic is becoming the main cause for tourist difficulties.

Magistrate Muhammad Ameen on the orders of Deputy Commissioner Atta ur Rehman visited the Babusar Top and ordered action against illegal encroachments. District Price Control Committee is ensuring the implementation of released rate list, however tourists are advised for necessary safety instructions.

Medical facilities at Ten Bed Hospital near Babusar Top have been carefully reviewed to ensure tourists are aware of emergency services and can receive medical assistance at any time. Administration  has advised tourists to rest from time to time so that the accidents caused by heating of brakes can be avoided.

Magistrate Muhamad Ameen has also cleared that strict actions will be taken against those who violate the orders of administration, however many people have been charged.  District Administration has ensured that they are trying their best to give best facilities to the tourists.
