Nine people died when a boat sank on a tourist place in Shahi Bagh area of Swat, however five people are saved during rescue operation.
Rescue 1122 reported that this incident occured when the engine of the boat went out of order and it sank when boat got out of control. Mostly women and children from District Swabi were boarding the boat.
Rescue 1122 and local people immediately started their rescue operation. Dead bodies of two children and two women were found, however five peple are still not found. Local youth showed bravery and tried to rescue the victims despite dangerous waves.
SHO Kalam and Rescue teams were continuously in contact because this area is remote and it took them some time to reach the destination. During this time, local people tried their best to save the people.

ٰIn another incident, a tragic accident between two vehicles claimed three lives and nine severely injured here on Saturday, near Chinar Kot, Mansehra.
As soon as Deputy Commissioner Battagram, Asif Ali Khan, recieved the news of incident, he ordered an emergengy response at District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital, Battagram and he also immediately started financial aid.
