The Afghan Taliban have strongly warned the group known as “Fitna-tul-Khawarij” (TTP – Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan). They said it is not allowed to fight in Pakistan or any other country without permission from the official leader (Ameer) of the Islamic Emirate. Fighting without this permission is against Islamic rules and is considered a sin.
This message came from a senior Taliban commander, Saeedullah Saeed. He said people who go to another country and fight in the name of jihad without the state’s permission are not real fighters. He added that only the head of the Islamic Emirate has the right to allow jihad. No individual or group can make this decision on their own.
He also said that anyone who disobeys the leader’s order and goes to Pakistan to fight is committing religious disobedience. These people are not following Islam or the rules of the Afghan government. He said if someone fights based on their ego or for their group’s interest, it is not jihad, but chaos and corruption.
This statement came shortly after a big meeting in Beijing between the foreign ministers of Afghanistan, Pakistan, and China. In the meeting, they talked about peace and trade in the region. They also discussed including Afghanistan in the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
The Afghan foreign minister promised that his government will take action against any group that creates problems for Pakistan or Chinese projects in Pakistan. He said Afghanistan will not allow its land to be used for attacks or terrorism against its neighbors.
The message from the Taliban also shows that the Afghan government wants to improve its relations with other countries. It is trying to support peace in the region and grow trade and diplomacy.
Experts say this policy is not good news for India, which has been accused of secretly supporting some terrorist groups in Afghanistan to create trouble in the region. If the Afghan government takes strong steps against these groups, it will help bring peace and reduce India’s influence on them.
In the end, the new position of the Afghan Taliban shows a major change. They are now focusing on peace, stability, and cooperation with other countries. They want to be seen as a responsible government. If they follow this path sincerely, it can bring real peace and development to Afghanistan and the whole region.
