Gandapur condemns Indian aggression, vows full support to Pakistan’s defense

Gandapur expressed full solidarity with the federal government and the Pakistan Armed Forces, declaring that the province stands ready to provide all necessary support in defense of the country

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister (KP CM) Ali Amin Gandapur has strongly condemned India’s unprovoked aggression against Pakistan, calling it a blatant violation of international law and a serious threat to regional peace. In a statement issued from the Chief Minister’s House in Peshawar, Gandapur expressed full solidarity with the federal government and the Pakistan Armed Forces, declaring that the province stands ready to provide all necessary support in defense of the country.

“We vehemently denounce this illegal act of aggression, which undermines regional stability,” Gandapur said, emphasizing KP’s unwavering unity with the nation and its armed forces. He reaffirmed the province’s commitment to mobilizing resources and cooperating fully with national defense efforts during this critical time.

The condemnation comes after Indian forces launched nighttime attacks on Pakistani civilian areas. In a swift and decisive response, Pakistan’s Armed Forces shot down five Indian fighter jets, including three advanced Rafale aircraft, and destroyed multiple military checkposts along with an Indian brigade headquarters. Reports indicate that Indian troops at the Chora Complex near the Line of Control (LoC) raised white flags in surrender following Pakistan’s counterstrike.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has also condemned the Indian strikes and sought Qatar’s support in de-escalating tensions. The situation remains highly volatile, with Pakistan’s leadership demonstrating strong unity against external aggression.
