President of the Awami National Party (ANP) Aimal Wali Khan has said that every clause of the Mines and Mineral Bill 2025 is against the autonomy of Pakhtuns. The ANP chief was addressing at the Peshawar High Court Bar association here on Tuesday, said that the Mines Bill was an attack on the sovereignty of the Pakhtuns, if the rights were not given, there would be a rebellion.
According to the details, Senator Aimal Wali Khan of the Awami National Party, while addressing the Peshawar High Court Bar, called the Mines and Minerals Bill an attack on the sovereignty of the Pakhtuns and said that if we are not given authority over our resources, we will declare a rebellion.
Senator Aimal Wali Khan said that “Bacha Khan raised the voice of this region, we are based on this ideology.” He added that the authority for provincial autonomy was obtained through a popular struggle, which is now being taken back by incompetent rulers.
Referring to the constitution, he said that the minerals under the sea are the property of the federation, but the provinces have the constitutional authority over the minerals in the land, however, an attempt is being made to rob this authority through the Mines and Minerals Bill.

“If we did not accept the slavery of the British, we will not enslave their slaves either,” Senator Aimal Wali Khan’s categorical declaration.
